Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 291-With Love

It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I created a love themed design with stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs.

With Love card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lil' Inker DesignsI used the Mini Envelope and Of the Heart dies to cut a white envelope and a pair of red hearts.  I covered a navy card base with some envelope patterned paper to coordinate with my die cut pieces, then arranged the trio on the paper using foam tape to adhere the pieces.  I stamped the "with love" sentiment from the Sending You set in white pigment ink on a long navy fishtail flag strip, then heat embossed the sentiment in white so it would pop against the dark background.  The sentiment strip was tucked underneath the die cut pieces.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on the SSSC blog.  Be sure to stop by the blog to check out what the SSSC team has created using the sketch.  And, don't forget to check in on Wednesday to see one of our favorite cards made with the sketch!
