Floral Thank You
Here's my card for this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge. I needed some thank you notes, so I used the sketch to design a floral, feminine one.
The florals are from the Fall Florals set. I used a pink and green palette for the images instead of a fall toned one. After settling on an arrangement, I used a combination of adhesive and foam tape to attach the flowers to a pale gray panel. The "thank you" sentiment from the Big Greetings set was stamped next to the flowers in bright pink ink. I edged the gray panel with bright pink cardstock strips. The one at the top was die cut with a stitched border and the one at the bottom has rounded corners to add interest. The finished panel was adhered to a pale pink card base.
Materials Used:
Fall Florals and Big Greetings stamp sets, Pink Lemonade and Grout Gray cardstock, Die-namics Fall Florals and Blueprints 24 dies (My Favorite Things); Memento Luxe Rose Bud, Angel Pink, and Pistachio inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Raspberry Fizz cardstock (Papertrey Ink); corner rounder; foam tape

This is really cute, Lori. I saw it on the challenge page and wanted to pop over to take a closer look.
