Happy Monday! It's time for a new Mojo Monday sketch. I used the layout to create a fun wintery Valentine's Day design.
I replaced the layout's round panel with a mitten from Reverse Confetti's Smitten Mittens stamp set. The mitten was stamped in pink pigment ink and cut out with the matching die. To add dimension, I stamped the patterned cuff on a scrap of cardstock and cut it out with the matching die, then used foam tape to add it to the bottom of the mitten.
To showcase the mitten, I covered a pink card base with a kraft panel wrapped with a scrap of matching pink ribbon. I placed a kraft patterned paper panel with pink dots at the top of the panel, then added a kraft pierced rectangle at the bottom, overlapping the two panels at the middle of the card. The mitten was added on top using foam tape. Since it had a sentiment on it, there was no need to add anything else to the design.
Head on over to the Mojo Monday blog for more inspiration from the design team and to add your own take on this week's sketch! You can also find all of the Mojo Makers at their blogs here:
