I Love You
I'm still cranking out a few last minute Valentine's Day cards! This one is based on the current My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge and came together pretty quickly with the help of some Die-namics dies. That's right--no stamping at all on this one! I started out by cutting a pierced heart from red cardstock. The heart was topped with the "I love you" sentiment, cut from both gray cardstock and craft foam pieces that were layered for dimension. I placed the heart and sentiment over a pale gray panel centered on a gray dotted patterned paper panel. The finished panel was layered on to a pale gray card base, matching the panel at the center of the cardfront.
Materials Used:
Grout Gray and Steel Grey cardstock, Die-namics Straight to My Heart and Pierced Heart STAX dies (My Favorite Things); Cherry Cobbler cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Smokey Shadow patterned paper (Papertrey Ink); craft foam
