Just a Little Note to Say...

Just a Little Note to Say card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn
Here's my card for the current Lawn Fawnatics critter themed challenge.  There are so many cute Lawn Fawn critters that it was hard to choose between them!  I ended up with this cutie from the Critter Concert stamp set.

The layout is based on the current challenge from the Paper Craft Crew.  I colored up the bear image with Copic markers, then cut out the colored image with the coordinating die.  It was adhered to a kraft stitched circle die cut using foam tape.  The stitched circle was layered on to a larger golden yellow circle, offset instead of centered in the middle of the panel.  To give the design a festive look, I adhered the circles to the top of a dotted patterned paper panel using foam tape for dimension.  I placed pieces of a clear crystal flourish on the panel so that they extended out from beneath the image panel, then added the "just a little note" sentiment over the pieces, using more foam tape for dimension.  The finished panel was adhered to a golden yellow card base to match the mat beneath the image panel.

Materials Used:
Critter Concert stamp set, Critter Concert dies (Lawn Fawn); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Harvest Gold and Kraft cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Grout Gray cardstock (My Favorite Things); Cut and Paste 6x6 paper pad (Amy Tangerine); circle dies (Spellbinders); Stitched Circles dies (Lil' Inker Designs); clear crystal flourish (Want2Scrap); foam tape
