I {heart} Shimmery Ribbon-Want Some?

Now that CHA's over, Kate is getting tons of new product in at i {heart} papers. I used some of the new goodies on this card for this week's sketch challenge at a new sketch challenge blog, Card Patterns.

Most of the products on my card (papers and embellishments) come from the Three Bugs in a Rug Happy Bird-Day Caboodle Kit. This kit has a nice variety of coordinating patterned papers, die cuts, and stickers. It made it easy to pull this card together quickly using the sketch.

I used two different patterned papers for the panel on the cardfront. The gingham strip between the two papers is one of the stickers from the kit. I used another sticker from the kit for the sentiment panel.

I added a few simple embellishments, including some scalloped edge panels, a ghost heart, and a delicate pink flower with a beaded center.

My favorite embellishment is the red glimmer ribbon. See the sparkle? Want some for yourself?
