Glamour Darling Giveaway!
I am so excited to have some blog candy to give away today courtesy of Clear & Simple Stamps! The fun Glamour Darling set is up for grabs. You’ll need to read through to the end of this post to find out what you’ll need to do to get this set for yourself.
Here’s a card showing Glamour Darling in action. I stamped the Glamour Darling image on white cardstock two times using Copic markers. I colored one of the girls from each stamped image, using the same colors in each image. Then, I carefully cut out the mirrored image Darling and set her aside to use for some paper piecing.
I stamped the mirrored image Darling on a piece of silver paper, then trimmed around the mirror. I set this inside the mirror in my uncut Glamour Darling image, then layered the colored and cut out Glamour Darling in place in the mirror.
I curved the sentiment to fit around the mirror, then stamped it in Kiwi Kiss ink. The rest of the card is pretty simple. A true Glamour Darling wouldn’t be complete without some sparkle, so I added a row of rhinestones along the left side of the card.
Now, on to the blog candy . . . All you have to do to have a chance to win your very own Glamour Darling set is visit the Clear & Simple Stamps website, and then answer this question: What’s your favorite Clear & Simple Stamps set? Leave your answer in the comments on this post. I’ll use a random number generator to select a winner from the comments left through midnight on Sunday, March 8. Do you want to know my favorite? I’ll let you know when I post the winner of the set on Monday . . .
Materials Used:
Glamour Darling stamp set (Clear & Simple Stamps); white cardstock (Xerox); Tuxedo Black ink (Memento); markers (Copic Ciao); Kiwi Kiss Classic ink, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, and Old Olive cardstock (Stampin’ Up!); Amy Butler patterned paper (K & Company); silver paper (Target); rhinestones (Walmart)
