It's time for another
Kitchen Sink Stamps Monday. This week is the start of a new KSS challenge.
Connie's challenge is to use your scissors, including at least one cut out element on your creation.
Since it's the start of Teacher Appreciation Week, I thought I'd use the 3 Step School Days set for my card this week. I stamped the multi-step apple image and trimmed it out with my scissors. It's attached to a cream panel using a dimensional for a fabulous shaded look.
I paired the image with a funky apple patterned paper with a scalloped edge. I added a piece of bold red dotted satin ribbon to the card across the top of the patterned paper panel, along with a brown button. The sentiment is stamped directly on the card base alongside the image panel.
The rest of the Kitchen Sink Crew has also created projects featuring cut out images. Here's where you can find them:
We hope you'll join us in playing along with this challenge. You have two weeks to link your own card to the
Kitchen Sink Stamps blog. The challenge winner will receive a $50 shopping spree at Kitchen Sink Stamps! You can find all the details on the KSS blog.
