Casting a Spell
I made this Halloween card using this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge along with one of the sassy silhouette witch images from the Bewitched stamp set from Clear & Simple Stamps.
I used a strip of brightly colored designer paper along with a solid orange panel underneath the image. The solid and stripes are divided by a piece of green grosgrain ribbon. I added an orange button with black paper "thread" through the button holes. The panels are layered on a piece of black designer paper with embossed and glittered spider webs to complete the spooky, seasonal look.
The witch image is stamped in black ink on a polished stone panel done in shades of yellow and orange with gold metallic accents. The "I've put a spell on you" sentiment is stamped in the upper right corner.
