More Than Just a Tag Group Challenge
For this month’s group project, the Clear and Simple Stamps design team is sharing creative gift ensembles using the new Trendy Tags and coordinating Taglines sets. I dressed up a plain white gift bag and made a matching card to give along with a baby gift.
To decorate the gift bag, I simply added a panel of pastel patterned paper to the front of the bag along with a white cardstock strip stamped with the safety pin image from the Taglines set. I attached a strip of Green with Envy satin ribbon for a little texture, then used the same ribbon to attach a coordinating tag to the bag’s handle. The green's a great gender neutral color! I used the same patterned paper and stamped image on the tag as I did on the bag. The tag was die cut using the new Tags 1 die. I stamped the solid outline image on the tag and added the “welcome baby” sentiment just above the sentiment.
The coordinating 4 ¼” square card again uses the same papers, stamped images and color scheme. That makes putting a set like this together go very quickly. I used a safety pin on a circle panel as an accent on the card, matching the one on the tag on the bag’s handle.
Don’t miss what the rest of the CSS team has created for this month’s challenge. Here’s where to find them:
