Mini Mailbox Mania
These cute mini mailboxes recently appeared in the Dollar Spot at Target. I decorated this one using Stampin' Up!'s Spring Showers Designer Paper. The mailbox was surprisingly easy to cover. After covering the mailbox with paper, I embellished it using stamps from the Looks Like Spring stamp set, inked in colors to match the designer paper, and grosgrain ribbon. The large flower is stamped using the Rock 'n Roll technique--for more information on this technique, see this tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. The small flowers were punched out using SU!'s Spring Bouquet Flower punch.
I also created matching mini cards to fit inside the mailbox. I used SU!'s Pocket Notes to make the cards. These adorable small cards have a tab closure and are a fun way to send a little note. All together, the mailbox and cards will make a perfect gift ensemble.
