**If you haven't done so already, be sure to check out my blog candy information/post here.**
We've arrived at the beach, surviving slow traffic and one dog (mine) who wouldn't sit down in the car during the entire 3 1/2 hour ride. Cosmo insisted on half standing, half sitting with his head poking between the front seats, alternately resting his big, heavy, drooling head on my shoulder or on the armrest where my arm wanted to be.
Yesterday, the cards from my swap group's new catalog hostess set swap arrived. I used Vases in Vogue for my card. This set has so many great sentiments, so you can use it for a lot of purposes. I like this color combination--I know I've used it before and I think it comes from SU!'s Color Coach (which is at home, so I can't check to be sure . . .).
If I remember correctly, the flowers were colored with the Watercolor Wonder Crayons and I added a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds to each flower for some sparkle. The vase is stamped on Rose Red cardstock, then cut out. I colored the dots on the vase using white gel pen for more contrast and attached it to the cardfront using dimensionals. I will miss the narrow chocolate grosgrain--I used it a lot!
