I love the patterned papers in the Liberty line from Scenic Route. This card uses the "Jackson Street" pattern for most of the cardfront. I tried to orient it so that the swirly image printed on the paper looked like the "tail" of a shooting star.
The star is actually a small shaker. I made the window by punching out the inside of the large blue star with a smaller star punch, then attaching acetate to the back of the star. It's filled with tiny star confetti I picked up in the dollar section at Joann. You can also see one of the small star images from Playful Stars from Kitchen Sink Stamps peeking through the window.
The sentiment is from the Ready 4 Any Holiday set, also from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I thought it was fitting for this time of year.
If you have a chance, stop by Tamara's blog to check out what the other card design team members have created using this sketch.
