Bellarific Friday Rocks

Here’s my card for this week’s Bellarific Friday challenge from Stamping Bella. This week’s challenge was a sketch and I almost didn’t try it. It took me a while to figure out what to put in to the four square panels, but once I came up with an idea, the card came together pretty quickly. For some reason, my card didn't make it to the "showcase" on Emily's blog, but I wanted to show it off here anyway.

I used Ipodabella, stamped 4 times, for the square panels. She’s colored with Copic markers and embellished with some silver gel pen (her iPod) and some tiny twinkles (her hair bow). I matched the colors for the image to the colors in the dotted patterned paper from We R Memory Keepers that I used to cover the cardfront.

I thought the “you rock!” sentiment was appropriate here, so I stamped it on a scrap of white cardstock and layered it on a Kiwi Kiss strip. The end of the sentiment panel is embellished with a blue chipboard star. Bella definitely rocks!

Materials Used:
Ipodabella image and sentiment (Stamping Bella); Snow White Choice Cardstock, Tiny Twinkles (Taylored Expressions); Tuxedo Black ink (Memento); markers (Copic); Kiwi Kiss and Bashful Blue cardstock, 1 3/8” square punch, dimensionals (Stampin’ Up!); patterned paper (We R Memory Keepers); light blue grosgrain ribbon (Morex); chipboard star (American Crafts); silver gel pen (Signo)
