Feel Better

Here's another peek at the Get in Gear stamp set from Clear & Simple Stamps. This card is most appropriate to share today because it's a get well card and I've somehow managed to get sick over the long weekend . . .

Anyway, here's the card. I used the robot image that looks like it may be having a little explosion or other problem as my focal image. The robot is colored with Copic markers. I added the "feel better soon" sentiment on a modern label punch accented by a pair of brads.

I used the QuicKutz Rings embossing folder on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil to create the embossed panel on the left side of the card. The embossed foil has a cool look, doesn't it? I added a paper pierced strip along the left side of the foil panel before assembling the card.

The rest of the sets in the Playtime Collection will be available on September 15. Be sure to visit the rest of the CSS DT's blogs between now and then for more previews. You can find links to their blogs in the sidebar on the left.
