Anything Is Possible

***Scroll down the post below to see the new releases from Kitchen Sink Stamps.***

I made this easel card for today's SCS technique challenge and for Verve's latest project parade challenge to make a project with encouraging words. This card was easy to make and looks great!

I used one of the hot air balloons from Verve's Up, Up, and Away set as my focal image. I colored the balloon with Copic markers and layered on the image panel with dimensionals. The clouds were added to the panel with some shimmery blue chalk and a plastic cloud template. I stamped the encouraging "anything is possible" sentiment from the set in purple ink for a nice contrast to the soft color of the sky background.

The easel part of the card is made from an apple green cardstock piece. I stamped one of the background stamps from Bountiful Backgrounds tone on tone on the flat portion to add some interest. A purple button holds the image panel in place.

Materials Used:
Up, Up, and Away, Starstruck, and Bountiful Backgrounds stamp sets (Verve Stamps); Tuxedo Black ink (Memento); markers (Copic); Vibrant Violet Vivid ink, Vibrant Violet, Green Apple , and white cardstock (Gina K Designs); Kiwi Kiss Classic ink, Soft Sky cardstock, dimensionals (Stampin' Up!); shimmery chalks (Pebbles inc); Plum Pudding button (Papertrey Ink)
