Believe
Here's a quick card I made using Verve's new Believe set. $10 from each set sold goes to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation to support breast cancer research--such an important cause!

My card's based on this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. I went with a mostly pink color scheme, including a light pink card base and a piece of patterned paper with a pink background color. The sentiment is stamped in rose ink on a white panel and inked along the edges with soft pink ink. A punched daisy border was added along the top of the patterned paper panel for an additional feminine detail.

On a totally unrelated and personal note, Cosmo the crazy dog paid a visit to the vet today. He's had a recurrence of his nasty hot spots and this time, because of their placement and parallel nature, the vet thinks it may be pain related. My "baby" is getting old at 13! He's starting some new medications and hopefully they'll ease any discomfort in his joints and stop the hot spots, too. You wouldn't know he was hurting from his behavior. He was his usual charming self at the vet, parking himself at the door and greeting everyone who entered. He was basking in the compliments and attention!
