Sweet 'N Sassy Sketch Challenge at Paper Craft Planet

I couldn't be more excited to bring you this challenge -- it's a sketch challenge, sponsored by Sweet n' Sassy Stamps. To play along, create a card using this sketch:

Snss challenge

To play, upload your card to the Paper Craft Planet photo gallery, and use the tag "SNSS1" -- all caps, please. (Here is a tutorial on adding pictures to the gallery, if you need it.) Sweet n' Sassy Stamps has generously offered a chance to win this adorable stamp for one of our lucky challenge players.

The Supernovas and I all used the new digital stamps for our cards. I picked Noses 4 Sale for my version of the sketch. I resized the image just a bit, making it a little smaller to fit my 4 ¼” square card. I colored the image with Copic markers. The sky was sponged in with some soft blue ink and the snow was highlighted with some glitter.

I used patterned paper squares cut from a DCWV Christmas Stack for the panels on my cardfront, layered on a red panel. A red ribbon strip with a snowflake embossed punched border runs across the card. Everything’s assembled on an artichoke card base to complete the card.

Check out what the other Super Novas came up with:

Adela Rossol
Lynn Mercurio
Kim Burmeister
Wendy Price
Sankari Wegman
Susanna Boyd

Materials Used:
image (Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps); white cardstock (Neenah); markers (Copic); Cool Caribbean Classic ink, Real Red and Always Artichoke cardstock, Dazzling Diamonds, dimensionals (Stampin’ Up!); designer paper (DCWV’s Christmas Stack); oval dies (Nestabilities); Tiny Twinkle (Taylored Expressions); red ribbon (Michaels); snowflake border punch (Martha Stewart)
