To incorporate a ruffled element into my project, I used my ScorPal to score an angled strip of green cardstock at 1/2" and 1" intervals, then folded it to get a pleated strip. The strip is attached to the bottom of the scene. I wrapped some green baker's twine around it to help secure it. The scene is matted on a bright pink panel, then set on a white card base.
Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers: Paper Smooches Hang Ups stamp set, X-Press white Copic blending cardstock, Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Copic markers (Y15, RV13, RV14, RV17, YG17, YG25, B0000, E23), Divine Twine Green Apple baker's twine, Sticky Thumb dimensionals, ScorPal
other:
New Leaf cardstock, cloud die (Papertrey Ink); Soft Sky cardstock (Stampin' Up!); white felt
so cute, love the pleats at the bottom with the twine wrapping, super cute card!
