Blogger Challenge: Week 262

This week’s blogger challenge theme is July 4th. I used this week’s Mojo Monday sketch along with images from the Taglines set from Clear and Simple Stamps for this patriotic card.

I used the set’s fireworks as my focal image. I curved the stamps slightly on my clear block before stamping them to get just the arrangement I wanted. After coloring the images with Copic markers, I went back and randomly stamped a few of the sparkle images in red ink. Each sparkle is dotted with some super sparkly Tiara Glitz Stickles. The “let’s celebrate” sentiment is stamped at the bottom of the panel in blue ink. I used both sides of a piece of patterned paper for the panels on my cardfront.

For more July 4th themed ideas, check out the projects linked below. And, feel free to link up a newly created project of your own for the challenge.
