Thanks So Berry Much

Here's my card for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge to use polka dots.  I made a fun summer thank you card using polka dots and this week's Clean and Simple Stamping sketch.

The focal image is a pair of berries from the WPlus9 Fresh Picked stamp set.  This set (and matching dies), plus a few others, are brand new to i {heart} papers.  I stamped the berries in red ink and the matching stems in green.  The larger berry is cut with the coordinating die and the smaller one's hand cut.

They're layered on a piece of green dotted paper from the Simple Stories Summer Fresh 6x6 paper pad with a strip of red faux suede ribbon across the middle.  The set's "thanks so berry much" sentiment is stamped just above the ribbon in black ink.  I cut a decorative edge along the bottom of the panel with an Edgeabilities die, then layered the panel on a red mat before setting it on a pale pink card base for a final summery touch.

Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers:  WPlus9 Fresh Picked stamp set and Fresh Picked die, Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black, Lady Bug, and Pear Tart inks, Simple Stories Summer Fresh 6x6 paper pad, May Arts red faux suede ribbon, Spellbinders Classic Edges One Edgeabilities die, Sticky Thumb dimensional dots

other:  Real Red and Whisper White cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Sweet Blush (Papertrey Ink)
