The Perfect Pear

Here’s a quick card for the current Clean and Simple Stamping sketch. I used the Perfect Harvest set from Clear and Simple Stamps along with one of the coordinating punny sentiments from the Perfect Harvest Fillers set.

I stamped the pear outline in black along the right edge of a white cardstock panel, then went back and filled in the outline with the dotted pear and the solid leaf images. Once the images were complete, I layered a strip of In the Limelight cardstock, matted on a piece of Kraft Like a Rockstar Green, over the stamped panel. I stamped the “we make the perfect pear” sentiment on the panel in Kraft Like a Rockstar green ink, then wrapped some green baker’s twine around the panel, securing it with a bow. The finished panel is set on an In the Limelight card base. I’m loving this new shade of green—it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites, along with My Style Blueprint!
