Time to Relax
This week’s Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps challenge is a sketch. I modified it just a bit to fit the Moonlight Whispers Mandy image.
Mandy is colored with Copic markers and cut out, then attached to a yellow panel with foam tape. I picked soft, muted colors for the card to try to evoke a calm feel like yoga is supposed to. The two patterned papers are from an Echo Park paper pad. I matted them on coordinating pink cardstock, then set them on a light blue panel. A strip of matching blue ribbon runs across the panel. The image panel is set over that. I had just enough room on the yellow panel to stamp the set’s “time to relax” sentiment. It's a perfect one for the upcoming long holiday weekend!
Materials Used:
Moonlight Whispers Mandy stamp set (Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps); white cardstock (Taylored Expressions); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Soft Sky and So Saffron cardstock, Baja Breeze striped grosgrain ribbon (Stampin’ Up!); Sweet Blush cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Sweet Day 6x6 paper pad (Echo Park); foam tape
