Here's one more patriotic card in honor of today's 4th of July holiday. It's based on
this week's sketch at Retro Sketches.

I started by die cutting a star shape from a piece of
navy and white patterned paper. The die cut panel is attached to a silver panel using some
dimensional dots. After matting the panel on a piece of navy cardstock, I attached it to a red card base. The "thank you" sentiment from
Lawn Fawn's So Much to Say stamp set is stamped just beneath the striped pane in
black ink. A trio of
red crystals scattered randomly around the star give the simple design a little extra sparkle.
Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers: Lawn Fawn So Much to Say stamp set, Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo Black ink, My Mind's Eye Kate and Co. Oxford Lane 6x6 paper pad, KaiserCraft red crystals, Sticky Thumb dimensional dots
other: Real Red and Night of Navy cardstock (Stampin' Up!); silver paper (Target); star die (Spellbinders)
