Super Sparkly Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

Here's a sparkly and cheery design for this week's Deconstructed Sketch.  It also fits a pair of SCS Dare to Get Dirty challenges.

I used a sentiment from the Clear and Simple Stamps Cloudy Days Sentiments set for my focal image panel.  It's stamped in blue ink on a lighter blue cardstock panel.  To go with the words, I added a die cut white felt cloud and a sparkly gold glittered circle sun to the top right corner of the panel.

The panel is set over a trio of panels cut from a piece of multicolored chevron patterned paper.  Each panel was matted on a piece of yellow cardstock before it was adhered to the lime green card base.  A piece of blue gingham patterned paper tucked under the sentiment and embellishments breaks up the busy chevron pattern just a bit.  I wrapped some yellow baker's twine around the card and secured it with bow, then scattered on a few gold sequins to finish the card off with even more sparkle.
