Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 192-Hey Dude

It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used one of my Paper Smooches Halloween stamp sets along with matching dies for my card for the challenge.

I die cut the monster shape from white cardstock, then stamped the matching image from the  Halloweenies stamp set on the die cut piece. After coloring the image with Spectrum Noir markers, I used dimensional dots to attach it to a pale gray panel. I added a shimmery silver spider web in one corner of the panel and a black spider hanging down from it at the end of a white gel pen "thread."  A trio of orange enamel dots are scattered around the panel for a fun pop of color.

The stamped panel is adhered to a green chevron patterned paper panel along with a trio of coordinating solid cardstock strips arranged around the panel. I stamped "hey dude" on the bottom cardstock strip using a combination of sentiments from the Sentiment Sampler and Word Salad sets.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
