Celebrate-Love-Cherish

Every year, Clear and Simple Stamps rewards its customers with the gift of an exclusive thank you stamp set. This year’s set is built around the word “cherish.” Today, the CSS designers will be sharing fun ensembles showing how you can use this stamp set year round.

I created a love themed ensemble using the Limited Edition: Cherish set along with several other CSS sets. The card features a pair of champagne glasses (from the Taglines: By the Glass set) framed by the pretty decorative frame from the Curly Label Frames 1 set. The opening at the bottom of the frame was a perfect fit for the “celebrate love cherish” sentiment. I added a pop of color to the design by stamping a trio of teeny, tiny hearts from the Taglines: Critters set above the glasses.

To go with the card, I used the Party Favor 8 flip top box to hold a candle. I die cut the box from gray cardstock, then used one of the dies from the Shapes: Circles set to make an opening in the box so that the candles would be revealed when the flip top was lifted. The flip top is secured in place with a belly band made from red cardstock. I stamped the same sentiment on a Mini Label Tags die, then used twine to tie the tag on to the box.
