I Miss You So Much
Here’s my card for the current sketch at CAS(e) this Sketch. It’s a loose interpretation of the sketch, but I think it still includes the main elements.
I replaced the panel with vertical lines with a die cut strip of buildings. It’s actually two strips with a black strip layered behind the gray one to fill in the windows. I used a circle punch to create a crescent moon shape, then debossed the shape with a dotted pattern. Once it was in place on the light blue card base, I stamped the “I miss you so much” sentiment from Verve’s Take Note set next to the moon in navy ink. A few silver sequin “stars” scattered around the card give the simple design a little sparkle.
Materials Used:
Take Note stamp set (Verve Stamps); Memento Luxe Nautical Blue ink (Tsukineko); Daisy and Sea Glass cardstock (Avery Elle); Smokey Shadow cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Basic Black cardstock (Stampin’ Up!); Die-namics Skyline Border and Solid Skyline dies (My Favorite Things); circle punch (EK Success); Spotted embossing folder (Lifestyle Crafts); silver sequins (Michaels)
