Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 205-Celebrate

It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used the sketch to make a masculine birthday card.

Celebrate-designed by Lori Tecler-Inking Aloud-stamps from My Favorite ThingsI stamped the word “celebrate” from the My Favorite Things Celebrate Big stamp set on a white panel in navy pigment ink. The word is matted on red cardstock and layered on a dotted patterned paper panel. I matted the patterned paper on more red cardstock, then adhered it to a piece of turquoise cardstock embossed with a dotted pattern. A folded piece of red striped twill ribbon was tucked underneath the patterned paper panel as an accent. I adhered the finished panel to a coordinating kraft card base.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
