Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 214-The Puck Stops Here

It’s time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! I used the sketch to make a sports themed design using one of the newest releases from The Cat’s Pajamas. While lots of attention has been focused on college basketball with this week’s Final Four action in full swing, I’m going with a hockey theme today.

The Puck Stops Here-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from The Cat's PajamasThe hockey playing big eared bunny from the The Puck Stops Here set is my focal image. The bunny was stamped on white cardstock and cut out. I used foam tape to adhere the bunny to a round panel. To go with the sports theme, I used a piece of star patterned paper behind the bunny. A strip of navy cardstock breaks up the pattern a bit. I stamped the “ the puck stops here” sentiment at the top of the star panel in navy ink.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:
