Birthday Wishes
Here’s my card for this week’s Muse challenge. I took my inspiration from Marion’s card’s birthday theme and color scheme as well as the placement of the image extending out from the edge of a white panel.
I used two different streamer images from Papertrey Ink’s Birthday Wishes set on my card. They’re stamped at the upper edge of a white panel in mint and aqua pigment inks. The “birthday wishes” sentiment was stamped at the bottom of the panel. I filled in the white space with some mint and clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. After edging the panel with narrow strips of mint cardstock, I adhered it to a teal card base.
Materials Used:
Birthday Wishes stamp set, Tropical Teal cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Mint to Be and Aquamarine inks (Avery Elle); Spearmint cardstock (My Favorite Things); Fresh Mint and Sparkling Clear sequins (Pretty Pink Posh)

Hey Lori, you created such a fun card. I like how you flipped the card too. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI love how you turned the card to make banners from the 'ceiling'! So glad you joined us at Muse this week, Lori!
