I turned the sketch's long rectangular panel into a watery scene. For the background, I die cut a strip of dark blue paper with one of the Borders 2 dies to look like waves, then adhered it to a chevron patterned paper panel. The scene is topped with the sailboat image from the Wicked Nauticool stamp set. I colored the image with Copic markers, then used the matching Nauticool die to cut it out. A white cloud, die cut with the cloud from the Spectrum Icons set rounded out the scene.
I adhered the scene to a kraft card base with a strip of red cardstock along the bottom. The "waving hello" sentiment was stamped beneath the tilted panel in black ink.
