Shoot
The theme for the current AEI♥U challenge is "one word." I made a card for the challenge using the Aim High stamp set and coordinating arrow dies.
My one word was the set's "shoot" sentiment. I stamped the word in gray ink on an angled golden yellow cardstock panel. The stamped panel was adhered to a cardfront covered with a yellow striped patterned paper panel. I like how the bold, graphic stripes in the paper look with the sentiment.
Once the panel was in place, I attached a gray die cut arrow to it, pointing to the sentiment. The end of the arrow is tucked neatly underneath the edge of the sentiment panel. I finished the design with a trio of gray enamel dots arranged around the sentiment.
Materials Used:
from i {heart} papers: Avery Elle Aim High stamp set and Aim High dies; Tsukineko Memento Luxe Gray Flannel ink; My Mind's Eye Now and Then-Milo 6x6 paper pad; Studio Calico gray enamel dots; Sticky Thumb dimensional dots
other: Harvest Gold cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Fog cardstock (Avery Elle)
