We Go Together

Here's my card for this week's Mojo Monday sketch.  I went with a fun food theme and a classic black, gray, and red color scheme.

I stamped the shaker image from the Clear and Simple Stamps Foodie Fun set twice on a white panel, then colored the images, adding various shades of gray dots to one shaker so it looked like it was filled with pepper.  The "we go together like salt and pepper" sentiment from the coordinating Foodie Fun Sentiments set was stamped beneath the shakers.

I layered the image on a gray cardstock mat, then added it to a gray card base covered with a pair of panels--solid black cardstock at the top and dotted gray patterned paper at the bottom.  The seam between the paper is accented with a red eyelet border strip.   To go with the image's love theme, I adhered a black Favor Flag die cut to the bottom of the matted image panel and topped it with a bold red die cut heart.
