Hiya Honey
Here's a super sweet design for this week's Mojo Monday challenge. I inked up the Honey Bear set from The Cat's Pajamas for this one.
I colored the bear image with Copic markers, using a slightly different color combination than I usually do for the TCP bears. I think I like how it looks--what do you think?
The bear was cut out and adhered to a light blue cardstock panel using foam tape. I stamped the set's "hiya honey" sentiment beneath the bear in black ink, then layered the panel on to a piece of red cardstock. After wrapping the top of the panels with red gingham ribbon, I adhered them to a kraft card base covered with a piece of red gingham patterned paper.
Materials Used:
Honey Bear stamp set (The Cat's Pajamas); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Desert Storm cardstock (Neenah); Sea Glass and Cherry cardstock (Avery Elle); Double Dutch 6x6 paper pad (Lily Bee Design); red grosgrain ribbon; foam tape
