I stamped the flying ghost on shimmery white cardstock, then colored the image with Copic markers before cutting it out with the matching die. I used foam tape to adhere it to a purple panel. To give the panel a nighttime feel, I stamped a few stars in the upper left corner using a shimmery silver ink.
The panel was matted on silver cardstock. I adhered it to a purple card base covered with a striped patterned paper panel on top and a black patterned paper panel with a bunch of fishtail flag strips arranged across it. A narrow strip of orange grosgrain ribbon hides the seam between the two different panels--and the messy tops of the fishtail flag strips, too! I stamped the "too cute to spook" sentiment from the Peek a Boo Sentiments set on a black circle in silver ink, then added that to the bottom of the image panel. It's accented with a pair of twine tied buttons.
Materials Used:
Boo and Friends and Peek a Boo Sentiments stamp sets, Witch die (Waltzingmouse Stamps); Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink (Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Orchid Opulence, Pumpkin Pie, Shimmery White, and Basic Black cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Simply Chartreuse cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Halloween Parade designer paper (Doodlebug Design); circle punch (EK Success); buttons (Michaels); black twine (Hemptique); Platinum Stickles (Ranger); foam tape
