Paper Smooches SPARKS-Love You to My Core

*** Scroll down to the post below or click HERE to see my card for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! ***

This week's Paper Smooches SPARKS challenge is a Designer Draft challenge.  I stretched the elements out just a bit for my take on the sketch.

Love You to My Core card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Paper Smooches
I used the apple from the Falling for You set as my focal image.  I colored the image with Copic markers, then cut it out.   The apple was adhered to a red gingham square set at one end of a golden yellow fishtail flag strip.  Another red gingham square was placed below the apple.  I stamped the set's "love you to my core" sentiment on a long, narrow red fishtail flag strip and adhered that to the card, overlapping the left side of the gingham panel.

Don’t miss what the rest of the SPARKS team has created this week. Here’s where to find them:

Lori--you're here!
