The finished panel was matted on aqua cardstock, then adhered to a kraft tag, edged with a strip of matching scalloped aqua cardstock. I put a piece of knotted orange faux suede ribbon at the end of the tag, then adhered it to a striped patterned paper panel. The panel was matted on orange cardstock, then adhered to a kraft panel before it was layered on a cream card base.
