Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 245-Thanks a Million

It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!  This week's sketch has a nice, big panel that's perfect for a little scene or a large sentiment.

Thanks a Million card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Winnie & Walter
I went with a large sentiment from Winnie and Walter's The Big, the Bold, and You stamp set.  The "thanks a million" sentiment was stamped on a very pale pink panel in kraft ink.  I matted the stamped panel on matching kraft cardstock, then on a berry cardstock panel.  I adhered the panel to a pink and berry chevron patterned paper panel.  The chevrons are broken up a bit with a trio of narrow kraft cardstock strips at the top the panel.  A few white sequins arranged around the sentiment finished the design.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on Karen’s blog. For lots of inspiration be sure to check out what the other Sweet Sunday Sketch stampers have created for you this week. Here’s where to find them:

  4. Perfect layout for this sentiment. I love the fabulous simplicity of this. You could easily make several of these. Can never have too many thank you cards on hand. :)
