One Sheet Wonder, Take Three

Here's the third card for this month's Viva la Verve one sheet wonder challenge.  This one's super simple with just stamps and paper along with a sparkly snowflake brad as an add-on.

Happy Holidays card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Verve Stamps
Again, I used the mitten patterned paper for the largest panel and the damask pattern for the accent pieces.  The "happy holidays" sentiment from Verve's Frosty Flakes set was stamped on the white cardstock circle in plum ink.  After I adhered it to the panel, I added the small square damask piece on top along with a big silver snowflake brad. It's sad to admit that it took me longer to find the snowflake brad in my stash than it did to assemble the rest of the card!  The finished panel was adhered to a white card base.

I still have one more card to go to complete this one sheet wonder series.  It's coming soon . . .  I'll be back later with another holiday card and some info about a great holiday sale.

Materials Used:
Frosty Flakes stamp set (Verve Stamps); Memento Sweet Plum ink (Tsukineko); Bashful Blue cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Winter Wishes 6x6 paper pad (Echo Park); circle die (Spellbinders); felt snowflake (American Crafts); clear crystal (Michaels)

  1. I have printed out the cutting design for this one sheet layout but haven't actually tried it. I love your take on it!
