Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 263-Bundle of Joy

It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!  This week's sketch calls for a square card with lots of fun layers.

Bundle of Joy card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps and dies from Clear and Simple Stamps
I used the sketch to make a 4 1/4" square baby card with the Special Bundle stamp set and coordinating dies from Clear and Simple Stamps.  I die cut the stork from white cardstock and colored him just a bit with Copic markers.  The bundle was cut from patterned paper, then stamped with the matching image.  I used foam tape to adhere the pieces to a light blue cardstock panel.  The set's "bundle of joy" sentiment was stamped in the bottom right corner of the panel in black ink.

I used a pair of pastel patterned papers for the panels on my square pale gray card base.  I topped the patterned paper panels with the image panel.  It needed a little something more, so I die cut a pair of clouds from CSS's pretty White Pearl cardstock and set them in the upper left corner of the image panel.

To play along, just create a card based on the sketch and link it up on the SSSC blog.  Be sure to stop by the blog to check out what the SSSC team has created using the sketch.  And, don't forget to check in on Wednesday to see one of our favorite cards made with the sketch.

Materials Used:
Special Bundle stamp set, Perfect Little Black Dress ink, My Style Blueprint, Pressed Greige Linen, A Blanc Check, and White Pearl cardstock, Special Bundle and Clouds dies (Clear and Simple Stamps); markers (Copic); Vintage Bliss 6x6 paper pad (Simple Stories); foam tape
