September Sweet Peek Week continues today at SugarPea Designs! Today we're sharing the new Prehistoric Pals stamp set and coordinating SugarCuts Prehistoric Pals dies. I used the stamps and dies to make a set of mini lunchbox notes.
There's a little story behind these cards. On Saturday, I was having dinner with my friend and her family. I brought her some cards and her son was very disappointed that there weren't any cards in the bunch for him. So, I made these little notes with him in mind. I used the same earth-toned color scheme for all of the 3x3 cards and kept the embellishments simple. Each card features a colored dinosaur image that I cut with the matching dino die. To add interest, the dinos were adhered to Zig Zag Stitched die cuts using foam tape.
Materials Used:
Prehistoric Pals stamp set, SugarCuts Prehistoric Pals, Zig Zag Stitched Circles, and Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle dies (SugarPea Designs); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko); markers (Copic); Sahara Sand and Old Olive cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Kraft cardstock (WPlus 9); silver brads (Michaels); foam tape
3 set of cards, all are so sweet, love them!
