Celebrate card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Paper Smooches

I took my inspiration from the yummy looking cupcake in the inspiration photo.  My cupcake comes from the Paper Smooches Sugar Rush stamp set.  I colored it with Copic markers, then topped it with some puffy icing courtesy of some white Radiant Neon Amplify.  It's a liquid that "puffs" up when heated with a heat tool--such a fun detail IRL!  The rest of my card has a green color scheme in keeping with the photo's key lime inspiration.  I added some green plaid patterned paper to the bottom of a green card base, hiding the seam between the pieces with a strip of silver glitter tape. The image was mounted on a scalloped circle panel using foam tape, then added above the tape strip.  The "celebrate" sentiment was stamped on a white strip and added beneath the tape strip.  A few Flag Tags die cuts and some lime green sequins finished off the card.
