You Make My Tail Wag
Here's my card for the current My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge--just under the wire! I used the layout to make a masculine design with a dog theme.
The dog is from the You Make My Tail Wag stamp set. I colored the image with Copic markers, then carefully cut it out. The image was adhered to a pale gray pierced circle die cut using foam tape. I adhered the circle to a Factory Green fishtail flag strip placed in the middle of a piece of chevron patterned paper. The set's "you make my tail wag" sentiment was stamped on a cream fishtail flag strip, then adhered over the dog image using foam tape at both ends of the strip. The finished panel was adhered to a matching green card base.
Materials Used:
You Make My Tail Wag stamp set, Factory Green and Grout Gray cardstock, Die-namics Fishtail Flag STAX and Pierced Circle STAX dies (My Favorite Things); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); markers (Copic); Good Fellows 6x6 paper pad (Fancy Pants Designs); foam tape
