Mojo Monday 463-Go Get Carried Away

Go Get Carried Away card-designed by Lori Tecler/Inking Aloud-stamps from Mama Elephant
Happy Monday!  It's time for a new Mojo Monday sketch.  This week we're switching things up a bit with a tall and skinny sketch.  My card measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2".

I used the layout's largest panel to create a simple scene using stamps and dies from Mama Elephant.  I made the background from light aqua grid patterned paper with a piece of stitched die cut green cardstock "grass" along the bottom.  The little guy and his oversized balloon from the Carried Away set were placed on top, using foam tape for dimension.  I adhered the scene to a darker aqua panel over a pair of criss-crossed red and blue cardstock strips.  The set's "go get carried away on your birthday" sentiment was stamped on a pale aqua panel and tucked underneath the right side of the image panel.  The finished panel was adhered to a blue card base.

Head on over to the Mojo Monday blog for more inspiration from the design team and to add your own take on this week's sketch!  You can also find all of the Mojo Makers at their blogs here:
