The layout for my card is from the current sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. The star-filled panel was created with the emboss resist technique. I stamped three star images from the Count the Stars set in white pigment ink on a white cardstock panel, then heat embossed the stamped images. I used a trio of blue distress inks and an ink blending tool to create the panel's ombre look. I edged the panel with shiny silver cardstock strips, then added it to a blue card base with a silver cardstock strip across it.The sentiment from the Amazing stamp set was stamped in silver ink on a narrow navy blue cardstock strip. To get the sentiment to stand out, I used my MISTI and stamped the sentiment several times. A trio of super sparkly silver glitter enamel dots arranged at the ends of the sentiment panel completed the design.
Materials Used:
Count the Stars and Amazing stamp sets (My Favorite Things); Memento Luxe Wedding Dress and Delicata Silvery Shimmer inks (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon, and Tumbled Glass distress inks (Ranger); Night of Navy cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Recollections silver cardstock and Snow embossing powder (Michaels); silver glitter enamel dots (Eyelet Outlet)

This is a fabulous card! Love the blues and the emboss resist with the ombré look. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
