Happy Happy Happy Birthday
Here's my card for the current sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. I made a clean and simple birthday card with an ombre color scheme.
To represent the layout's trio of stacked rectangular blocks, I used a trio of die cuts. I cut the Lil' Inker Designs Happy Birthday Border die from scraps of three different colors of cardstock, then trimmed the die cuts down to just read "happy." The words were arranged on a white card base, starting with the pale pink color, then progressing to the deep red. I stamped the word "birthday" from the Mom and Dad Sentiments set just beneath the die cut words. The finished panel was adhered to a pink card base.
Materials Used:
Mom and Dad Sentiments, Happy Birthday Border die (Lil' Inker Designs); Real Red cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Pink Lemonade cardstock (My Favorite Things); Raspberry Fizz cardstock (Papertrey Ink)
