You Make the Grade
Here's my card for this week's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. Teacher appreciation week is coming up next month, so I thought I'd use this week's sketch to get a head start on the event.
I stamped and die cut a trio of apples and leaves using Reverse Confetti's Class Act stamps and dies. Each apple was adhered to a white square using foam tape. after matting the images on red squares to match the apple images, I arranged them on a kraft card base. I stretched the layout to a standard A2 size to better fit the size of the cute polka dot apples. The set's "you make the grade" sentiment was stamped along the left side of the top apple image to finish the quick design.
Materials Used:
Class Act stamp set, Salsa cardstock, Class Act dies (Reverse Confetti); Cherry and pigment inks (Avery Elle); Memento Tuxedo Black ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Kraft cardstock (Papertrey Ink); foam tape
