The Challenge is back with a new papercrafting challenge to inspire you! This week we're featuring a sketch challenge with a super versatile layout. Check out Lesley's blog if you'd like measurements for the layout to help you get started.

To add a little texture to the simple design, I used ribbon to make the little flags that extend out from underneath the bottom of the sentiment panel. The pink ribbon I used is actually polka dotted, but I flipped it over to feature the plain side so the dots wouldn't compete with the pretty floral design. The ribbon adds a nice detail to the design, but still leaves the card flat enough to be easily dropped in the mail.
Check out what the rest of the talented team at The Challenge has created based this week's inspiration photo. Here's where to find them:
Materials Used:
Sentimental stamp set (Avery Elle); Memento Luxe Teal Zeal ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Spring Moss cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Now and Then-Dorothy 6x6 paper pad (My Mind's Eye); Melon Mambo grosgrain ribbon (Stampin' Up!)
Simply beautiful!Love the pretty floral pattern paper.
