SugarPea Celebration
Here's my card for the SugarPea Designs March Mix It Up challenge. I paired the sketch with rich jewel tone colors from the inspiration photo to create this birthday design.
I made the four presents with dies from the SugarCuts Birthday Journal Card dies. After assembling them, I used foam tape to adhere the presents to a pale purple cardstock panel. For the sentiment, I used the Celebrate die to cut the word "celebrate" from teal cardstock and craft foam. After layering the pieces for dimension, I adhered them to the panel. I used a coordinating pigment ink to stamp the "your special day" from the Celebrate All the Things stamp set beneath it. The finished panel was adhered to a darker purple card base to match the presents.
Materials Used:
Celebrate All the Things stamp set, Birthday Journal Card and Celebrate dies (SugarPea Designs); Aquamarine pigment ink (Avery Elle); Rich Razzleberry and Taken with Teal cardstock (Stampin' Up!); Lilac Grace cardstock (Papertrey Ink); craft foam; foam tape
